Learning Methodology

Vital Call Training Solutions understands that the LEARNER is the core of the learning process and as such all learning programmes are outcomes based with each module incorporating learner activities following the facilitation of the learning material. Learner programmes are designed around the sharing of workplace experience and the learner is required to complete a workplace assignment following the training programme. Learning programmes incorporate a practical component. Each client receives a training report following the learning programme delivery in order to understand the outcomes of the learning and any additional matters highlighted in the programme.
